Get ready to bring the heat to the holidays — it’s the Battle of the Directorates: Spread the Holiday Cheer Across the Installation! Think palm trees wrapped in twinkle lights, snowmen in sunglasses, and festive fun with a warm-weather twist. All USSOUTHCOM/USAG Miami members are invited to join the celebration and show off their unique holiday spirit. Let the lanes come alive with color, cheer, and just the right amount of friendly competition. May the most spirited display take the crown!
Cost
FREE!
MWR provides: two 2’x 4’ plywood boards (pickup no later than Nov. 21st, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. at the Fitness Center). Participants provide: paint, decorations, lights (solar or battery-powered only), labor, and upkeep of their display.

Submit POC name, Directorate, email, and phone number to: usarmy.miami.rrad.mbx.dfmwr-recreation@mail.mil Deadline: November 21st, 2025.
Competition: December 1st - 12th
Public voting on the USAG-Miami FMWR Facebook page.
Dates: December 1st–12th, 2025.
Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place announced December 12th.
Display: December 1st - January 5th
Displays will line the courtyard outside the Headquarters area.
Removal Deadline
Displays must be removed no later than January 5th, 2026, by 4 p.m.
