Join us for a Mindful Meditation Session hosted by the Family Advocacy Program at the MWR Fitness Center, Yoga/Spin Room. Take a break from your busy day to relax, de-stress, and reconnect with yourself through guided mindfulness practices. This calming session is designed to help you cultivate peace, balance, and mental clarity in a supportive environment. All are welcome to unwind, breathe deeply, and discover the calming benefits of mindfulness for overall well-being.
