In recognition of National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, events that support resiliency and encourage individual fitness are scheduled throughout May.

  • Strong B.A.N.D.S. Fund Fitness Challenge Kickoff, May 1, 1130am - 1:30pm
  • Free Yoga during May (Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:15pm
  • Free Indoor Cycling, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30am
  • Free Yoga Fest, May 12, 11:30am - 1pm
  • Free Running Clinic, May 17, 11:30am - 12:30pm. Everyone must wear running shoes
