Workforce Wednesdays: Employment Readiness Series

Workforce Wednesdays: Employment Readiness Series is a monthly initiative designed to provide personalized
one-on-one career coaching sessions and professional development workshops. Participants will gain tools and
strategies to enhance their employment readiness, including networking, professional branding, interview
preparedness, and LinkedIn optimization.

January 7, 2026 (Kickoff Event):
One-on-One Sessions (9 a.m.-12 p.m.):
Personalized career coaching begins, focusing on
resume building, job search strategies, and career
transition planning.
No Workshop: The kickoff event will focus solely on
one-on-one sessions to introduce participants to the
program and address their individual needs.

February 4, 2026 (Workshop):
Networking & Professional Branding (12 p.m.-1 p.m.).

Learn how to build meaningful connections while
crafting and communicating a personal brand that sets
you apart. Discover strategies to network effectively,
both online and offline, and position yourself as a
standout professional.
